Our Experience
Design
Our team have over 25 years of experience on designing of blinds for IG units. We started with first generation design around 2002: double magnetic manual operators with string driven system; then in 2007 the second generation: single operator with first belt driven system; then in 2012 the third generation: single operator with second simplified belt driven system; Now we have the fourth generation: head-only design with smart motor driven system, which take out 60% components out and make it more reliable and durable.
Production
We also have mass production experience since 2002 with capacity of 4000 blinds daily. We have most tight quality control system over all supply chain. We have most automated production lines developed by our engineers integrated with our years of experience to achieve high efficiency and high quality.
Delivery
After our carefully monitored production process, we move into final inspection, packing and delivery. Packing is one of the most important parts of our work, as most products are shipped internationally.
Brand Story
Over the past thirty years, we have designed several unique internal blinds which are popular in US market and developed most efficient manufacturing process and equipment for internal blinds. We will continue to contribute to window covering industry.
